Problem: “I am unable to upload the .csv file using the bulk upload option”.

Solution: Emmersion only accepts simple .csv files for bulk upload, not xlsx files for bulk upload. To prepare the .csv file, be sure to include only the intended test-takers’ email addresses in the first column of your worksheet. Do not include a header.

Problem: “When I add multiple test-takers using multiple emails separated by commas as directed, the emails appear in duplicate and we need to delete one set to proceed.”

Solution: There is no need to delete what looks like duplicate emails. They will not affect the user upload and removing them can lead to additional problems. Just copy and paste the email addresses separated by commas, and click "Continue". Proceed with the other required selections, review your message, and click "Send Emails".

Problem: “When multiple email IDs are pasted together, the last email address becomes incomplete, resulting in an error.”

Solution: When copying the email addresses to paste in the emails field, be sure to copy the full email address. Any missing characters will result in an error. If there is a mistake in copying the final email (like above), click the "x" in the problem email address, type in the missing letters, and hit enter on your keyboard. You’ll then be able to Continue and proceed with the other required selections and send your test links.
