Taking a screenshot
If possible, take a screenshot of what you are seeing:
a. Press the F12 key in order to open the developer console. You may need to click on “console” so that the right information is being displayed. This information is very useful to us in troubleshooting your issue.
b. For a PC computer, use the Snipping Tool. For a Mac computer, press Command + Shift + 4.
c. Save the image, and include it in the email.
Please include a brief description of what you were doing before you ran into the problem. If possible, please include the username for your account. If you are unable to create an account, please include the name of the organization you are attempting to register under. Please include what web browser you are using.
