The reason that your institution is not appearing on the drop down list is because your institution has decided to upgrade to our WebCAPE 2.0 service. The new log in is located at We have you listed as a point of contact on the account and have you set up as an admin as well. Students will need a link to be able to create an account either through a unique, one time link sent to their email or a general, multi use link for multiple students. The link is created by an admin and then after either of these links are created, then students will be able to create an account and take their tests.
